A letter a customer can accept
Harbury Gardens is an example firm. The patio, turf, fence and deck are priced, with VAT at 20% and a total in the low thousands. The letter has a logo slot, your terms, the date it stays open, and a place for the customer to type their name.
Your own jobs use the prices you save. A new estimate stays open for 30 days, or for the number of days you set.
