What changed, 15 October 2026
- Topsoil and gravel use a density from the rate card, with a starting figure the firm can change, and the supplier order shows tonnes beside cubic metres.
- Quotes still waiting after 3, 7 and 14 days have a note the firm can copy. Nothing is sent.
- A maintenance contract records a monthly fee and the visits used, with a renewal note. Nothing is taken.
- Green waste and spoil can be typed per job. Skip and tip costs feed the margin, and the waste transfer note is ready to copy.
- The crew can start and stop time on today’s job. The owner and the office see every sheet. Crew see their own. The hours feed the margin.
Photograph a real UK garden. Draft an honest landscaper estimate from metres you type. Lawns, beds, patios, paths, fences, hedges, retaining and decking are priced from those metres. Counts you type, such as plants or posts, are priced as counts. A photograph is not a measured survey. Typed metres win.
On a real job
A patio in Leeds is priced from the length and width you type. A lawn in Bristol is priced from the area you type. Fence posts are a count you type. A photograph is not a survey, and it does not become the measure.

Customer estimates show your company name, logo, phone, email, and VAT number from Settings. They do not show GardenSim.
A photograph is not a measured survey. An estimate is not a VAT invoice. Customer paper uses the firm you save, not this product.
