Terms

Bond Labs Limited is a company registered in England and Wales. Company number 17285766. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

These terms are the contract between you and Bond Labs Limited for the use of GardenSim. English law applies. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. These terms are not legal advice, not VAT advice, and not planning advice.

The service

GardenSim helps a landscaper draft an estimate from a photograph plus typed metres. It is not a site visit, not a measured survey, and not a contract with the householder. It does not grant planning permission, listed building consent, or Building Control approval. Prices on an estimate are the figures you type. A blank rate is not a price, and the book is not a supplier quotation.

This device and optional account

Drafts, photos, your firm details, logo, rate book and VAT choice stay on this device until you wipe them. Signing in is optional. A signed-in account can hold a private backup you choose to save. Restore happens only when you confirm it. Signing out does not remove device data.

Your company on the customer estimate

The customer sheet uses the company name, logo, phone, email, and VAT number you type in Settings. It does not show GardenSim. You send that estimate as your company. You are responsible for the price, the scope, and any contract you later make with the customer.

Honesty of the draft

Typed metres win. Photo metres are indicative only. If a line is incomplete, the gross is not known. Unconfirmed VAT means the total is not known. Not VAT-registered is not zero-rating. An estimate is not a VAT invoice.

Photos

You must have the right to photograph the garden and to store those photos on this device. If you tap Read the photos, you ask GardenSim to send those photos, and any landscaper notes on the job, to xAI for a read. If you tap Look, you ask GardenSim to send the garden photo and the included work you marked, not those notes, for an illustrative after image. They are sent only when you are signed in and the service is connected. If the house, walls, windows, camera angle, or layout cannot be held, that look is discarded and the real photo stays. A photograph is not a survey. Do not upload photos you are not allowed to use.

Plus

GardenSim Plus is £14.99 a month including VAT. It renews each month until you cancel. The minimum term is one month. The subscribe button is an obligation to pay. Cancel on the web from Manage subscriptions in Settings, on the card subscription page. Cancel on iPhone or Android through Apple or Google subscriptions. Quoting works without Plus. If billing is not set up on this device, Subscribe will say so and no charge is taken. An estimate is not a VAT invoice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to grant yourself Plus from the device, or send unlawful content. We may suspend access if you do.

Liability

GardenSim is a drafting tool. We do not accept liability for a job you take on, a price you send, planning you miss, or VAT you apply. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The wording on this page is the current version. The date at the foot is the last edit.
